One of the most interesting problems to solve in this profession, is how to illustrate a “product” that isn’t actually physically real, is somehow concealed or is part of a bigger construct. How to make conceptually engaging and aesthetically interesting images, with something as abstract as the finance sector? I’ve been fortunate enough to have been given the chance to explore these topics with Sampo Group on multiple occasions.

With Iikka Koistinen of Delusion we have been given a fairly free rein on how we’d interpret the needs of Sampo Group and visualise them. I feel we have gained a mutual understanding and respect that has lead to artistic freedom that really shows in the end result. We’ve already done two new campaigns for Sampo this year that can’t be shown just yet, continuing on the search for abstract beauty.
